Our middle size conference which is great for groups between 15-30, set up as U-Shape or Classroom style but having the flexibility of seating up to 80 in Theatre Style. Located on the first floor over looking Taupo’s residential area, Regency II offers plenty of natural light, fresh air and air conditioning along with Telecom Wireless Hotspot.

Both rooms open up to one large venue, which can cater for up to 250 as a cocktail function. Also fabulous for theme functions, dine and dance or weddings. Equally they can be divided to cater for different sized groups or breakout rooms.

delegates, good for 1 on 1 meetings or small boardroom
meetings. Located on the first floor overlooking Taupo’s
residential area, the boardroom offers plenty of natural light, fresh air and air-conditioning.

Where a conference has full run of house, we can cater for up to 6 breakout groups. Full business, extension conference and banqueting facilities are available catering for 2 - 250 delegates. Themes can be organised for your conference by simple request.
